I bought this the a few days ago for a nano tank I was setting up on my desk. The best thing about it is that is it's got a very low profile and kind of disappears in the tank. It doesn't appear that I can change the temp (it's set to about 78 f) but that works for the fish I have in the tank. Overall, solid heater so far.

I've been trying different plant foods available at Petsmart and Pet Supermarket, but from what I'm reading, and seeing (brown custom and now green spot algae), I need more nitrogen and phosphorus than the other foods contain.

Initially it seems pricey, but this bottle will probably last 10 years! I will be happy to post a progress report soon.

Works great just scared I’ve seen other peoples fluval heaters fry entire tanks but if AQ CO OP is selling the product I have no stress. I’ve had it in a 5 gal tank w betta.

Once you set it up, you can forget about it and not have to worry on the temperature since this is already preset. My fish like to stay near it at times.

Love this product, finally upgraded my Betta to a 5.5lb tank and needed to get a heater for her. This is my first time caring for a fish in general and glad I picked this up. Might recommend for new fish owners to fry two incase one breaks, the other would be a back up. Happy Fish owner now :)

The heater feels great. Doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Suction cups are solid. No adjustment on temperature, which is stated in the description. But I think in general must tropical fish need to be in 78 degrees water temp. So it great not messing with setting. Just plug it in and forget.

The heater maintains a temp of about 82F to 83F and there is no way to turn it down. I have it in a 5.5 gal tank.

I have had two of these heaters. One failed at about 8 months. The second has now failed at approximately 1 year. I love the heaters when they're working. Small compact, durable,and easy to set up with no adjustment required.

I got this heater after returning few heaters for my 2.5 gallon tank. It works well and doesnt take too much time for the tank to be of same temp. I am hoping I would be able to use this heater for a longer duration.

It's really hard to find a good and safe heater for a small 5 gal. that wont cook the fish or do pretty much nothing. This heater does all it's expected to do. I love not having to worry about the issues the wrong heater can have on my tank and fish.

I got this heater for my office 5 gallon. The building/office is extra cold during the winter, so I went one size up. I like that this model has an indicator light showing when it's on and heating. A couple weeks in and the temperature is still perfect.

I purchased this for an 10 gallon feeder snail breeding tank. No problems with it and it has been several months into the purchase.

I ordered this for my 5 gallon tank that houses my Betta, two mystery snails, and some ghost shrimp. Unfortunately, the item I received heated my tank to 82 degrees. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. It sounds like the item I received was just calibrated incorrectly, but they sent out a replacement immediately and that heater is working great and maintaining my tank at 79-80 degrees. Great product and amazing customer service!

Using it to heat my 5 gallon snail tank that's on a windowsill, and it's been doing a good job at keep the water temp steady at 78 degrees. I have this heater on a thermostat in another 5 gallon and I have no complaints.

Currently using it in my 5 gallon tank. Temperature is consistently 79 degrees. The heater is black and very inconspicuous; you can barely see it in the back of the tank (tank does have black paper behind it).

I bought the fluval nano aquarium heater 25 watt for my 5 gallon nano tank and it does a good job of heating the tank. The red light turns on when heater is heating.

Works for keeping water at correct temperature. The suction cups don’t seem to stick but that could easily be user error.

I have a 2.5 gal Beta tank and this is the easiest heater. It's like a plug and play. You plug it in and it does keep the tank at 78 degrees. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for my 5-gallon Fluval flex with guppy fry. It evenly heats the tank and is consistently 76-78 degrees. If you're looking for a preset nano heater look no further! Love it!

Have it at my office and works great on my nano tank.

I ordered this for a 5 gal quarantine tank, and eventually for a 2.5 gal shrimp/snail tank. I was very excited to find a nano tank preset heater, as the flat heaters I had from aqueon remain on and are not enough for the winter (even with two, one of them being a size larger) even in a 1-2 gallon tub, and are too much at other times Of year (brought my 2.5 gal up past 82 degrees, despite the room never getting past the low 70s). So this was meant to be a dream come true, but I went to check the temperature before writing this, and it was 80-81 degrees, and the heater light was on, and it is in the line of my filter output. So I’m not so sure of this product anymore, but it should at least be better in winter.

I'm very new to the hobby. The team at the co-op had me get this heater. Has been working great and no guess work!

This is a great little heater. However when I bought it the aquarium co-op heater was not available and I would definitely recommend that one over this one.
