As the owner of a tropical fish and aquarium business, We have ordered from many suppliers over the years. Aquarium Co-op consistently provides a first-class shopping experience. Orders are processed quickly, products arrive exactly as described and accurate (unlike the majority of other manufactures in the hobby) and communication is excellent. Overall its " easy". Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction really sets them apart by a long shot in fact it is unrivaled. A pleasure to do business with every time.
Website is very well set up and organized. Very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Fast order confirmation and shipping with automatic updates. Always knowing customer support is there if needed is reassuring.
When I have had an issue with a. Leaky cap the team was very responsive and met every expectation for customer service.
Arrives very promptly and thoughtfully packaged. Plants too. Makes it too easy. Wish I could buy more things this way. Plus I love my growing collection of fish tshirts and stickers.
Website is easy to use. Free shipping is great. Products always arrive a day early!
